November 30th, 2008 — 11:26 pm

That’s about it. Nobody is reading this, and I still feel rough - why bother?

Fuuuuuuck…

November 29th, 2008 — 10:18 pm

Well, most of the abominable lip-swelling has gone down, but i still feel rough as fuck, and the cold/snot-streaming/scarred-throat isn’t dissipating at all. Fun.

On the plus side, I’m finally getting around to watching the final season of Frasier. When I grow up I want to be either David Hyde Pierce of Kelsey Grammer, I think. Maybe both.

Son Of Rambow

November 28th, 2008 — 10:04 pm

Still not feeling any better today, despite spending yesterday watching the entire 13-hour series of The Wire Season 4. Funny that…

Anyway, watched Son of Rambow tonight. It was lovely a film about two very English boys in the 80’s, who decide to films their own “sequel” to Rambo: First Blood. Its one of those really sweet feel good movies, but leaves you with a sort of fuzzy feeling without being overly cheesy. What more it was directed by Garth Jennings, the only thing off the top of my head I have seen him do before was Hitchhiker’s Guide, and that was horrible. So good work, Garth!

I don’t want to alarm you…

November 26th, 2008 — 09:17 pm

…but its entirely possible that I’m dying. I’m serious, I’ve got the man-flu bad!

The Snot, the headaches, the sneezing, the death…. its all here people. I’ve been relegated to bed now, I can’t do anything unless I’m armed with a snot-proofing roll of toilet paper. Its not pretty.

I’ll spend my last remaining hours watching Season four of The Wire. And maybe trying to plan a recording session I may be organizing. Oooh, exciting. More soon.
