Money, Argh, Money, Argh!

June 30th, 2008 — 06:53 pm

You do so well saving your money and keeping on top of it, then one day you find your rent has cost a grand and you’re in the red. Bollocks. Looks like it’s back to the Building Site…

Alternatively, if you have a get-rich-quick scheme, or are interested in taking part in a Bank Heist; please send your CV (with Mugshot attached) here. All applications must be in by July 2nd, and Getaway vehicles must be arranged yourself.

98 Problems…

June 29th, 2008 — 08:13 pm

After returning from the gig last night, I watched the footage of Jay-Z at Glastonbury. He fucking nailed it. Genius. The last couple of weeks there was a lot of talk about how Hip-Hop “isn’t right” for Glastonbury, but I mean come on, don’t be such a narrow-minded prick. If people said that to everything other genre, we’d be left with 17,000 bands on the bill all sounding like the Kaiser Chiefs… oh, right…

Anyway, despite nearly breaking the TV due to over(any)-abundance of Zane Lowe, I do like watching Glastonbury coverage. Almost enough to fork out on the ridiculous price for a ticket next year… I always say that though.

On one last note, a woman that need no introduction (and apparently; no explanation).

Isn’t she a marvelous role model, kids? When I grow up I want to behave/sing/get away with shit, JUST LIKE AMY FUCKING WINEHOUSE.
